Courtyard by Marriott

EIS Hospitality partnered with Marriott to deliver a comprehensive millwork package for a Courtyard by Marriott in Cary, North Carolina, marking one of their first full-scope ventures into guest room interiors. In addition to outfitting the public spaces, the team was entrusted with providing millwork and other components for every guest room. The scope included valances, vanities, and door portals designed with function and brand alignment in mind.  

The public space package included high-traffic and high-visibility areas. EIS Hospitality manufactured and delivered millwork for the reception desk, bar and bistro area, hydration station, and Quick Print Zone, including cabinetry, countertops, and wall panels. Additional scope included the lounge, where they provided wood paneling and a TV enclosure, media pods, and restrooms outfitted with sink cabinetry and solid surface counters, and a meeting room.  

Their work also included Courtyard’s signature Market concept, The Crate, which required a tailored approach to meet Marriott’s evolving brand standards.
