Home2 Suites by Hilton

We served as a specified millwork provider for the Home2 Suites by Hilton brand to deliver comprehensive millwork packages for the public spaces in these sustainable and stylish extended-stay properties. Our select-service hospitality team played a crucial role in supporting the development of Home2 Suites by Hilton Iowa City Coralville, overseeing the project through to the final installation of lobby millwork elements.

This property featured modern accommodations designed to enhance the guest experience. Among its highlights were the Home2 MKT, a vibrant gathering zone, and a breakfast area that showcased custom cabinetry and hospitality millwork and community tables, promoting a sense of connection among guests. The front reception desk was thoughtfully designed to ensure a welcoming first impression, while the business center provided essential amenities for travelers needing to stay productive.

Our goal was to create a cohesive and inviting environment that aligned with Home2 Suites’ brand ethos. The successful collaboration helped us display our experience in the hospitality sector and reinforced our reputation as a trusted partner for delivering innovative millwork solutions.
